How do I make a return?
We are so sorry to hear that your items didn't work out. Don't worry, we know this can be a pain and hope to make this a simple process for you!
Our Refund Policy:
- In order to maintain the quality of our items, we can only refund orders returned in original clean condition with its tag: unwashed and free from any marks.
- Items will be accepted within a 30-day period of purchase
- Sale items are final. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer returns on any items purchased during a sale.
- You may choose whichever shipping method for your return, however, we recommend that you pick an option with tracking methods. If we do not receive your order, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Making the return:
In order to make a return, you must first login to your ADORE YOU Account utilizing the person symbol in the top right of our site. From there, you will see all of your previous orders with us. Below the order you would like to return, click "Request Return". Once we receive your request, we will be in contact within 2 business days. In order to validate a return, your return must be valid within our return policy. If it is not, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund in order to maintain the quality and sanitation of our items.

How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you should receive an email confirming your purchase. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will then receive an additional email with its shipping information and a link to track your items. If you have not received any emails within two business days, please reach out to us via social media, email or through our contact page.
Another method to track your items would be to click the "Need Help?" icon on the bottom right of our site. From there, type in your Order # and it will update you on your order's location.
Why is my discount code not working?
Once we post a discount code on social media or our website, it is valid until 11:59pm on its posted end date. Our codes are also case sensitive so that could be an issues that arises. If neither of these issues tend to be the case, please feel free to email us or message us and we will be happy to work with you to fix this.
